Um....well...uh I just got off the phone with CENTURYLINK and the very nice lady told me that it was a Mr. Danny Dunlap at Beacon Street Studios who did the song. I went to Tea For Julie's MySpace website and listened to all ten of their songs and not one of them was that song although they sound quite similar! As for tracking down the song....it's what I do.

It's neither, they wouldn't waste their time doing a bit part in an advert like this. The registered trademark "slinky" is the star of this commercial, strange they would use a RegTM to sell something else.

is that CINDY CRAWFORD or EVA MENDES at 0:24 of the commercial?

@teamedwardissocool cant of the name..but its a guy and girl team
The Prescott shot was right before the Flagstaff Cafe scene, the kids playing hopscotch, on trikes, and running. It was shot in the morning, then the crew drove to Flag for the afternoon shoot.

Yes the little girl is in front of the Monte Vista Hotel/Rendezvous Bar on San Francisco in Flag! The camera crew was set up right outside Late for the Train. Took them many hours and many dozens of takes to get the truck perfect as it drove by "cafe". 8 extras plus girl and mom were staged for the scene. Amazing what it takes to make a few seconds of film! I thought it came out great.

LOL I grew up in STL. The company that shot this video pegged the campaign as (at least for our shoots in Flag and Prescott) a large company with a small town feel. I think it came out great and love the song. Probably will play for over a year! ;)
