@XxellimacxX when the game loads up and everything, at the home page (where you chose the neighborhood you want to play in) the should be an option saying 'Create A Neighborhood' or sumthing like that. and click on that and make a neighborhood (sorry if it confusing) hope it helped =)

on sims i made a town called sleepy hollow! every sim has old clothes and this vid helped alot so i could make houses thank you
