Rage Raptor: http://www.tradecounterdirect.com/power-tools/mitre-saws/evolution-raptor-tct...

This incredible cut off saw comprehensively out-performs abrasive saws. Featuring patented RAGE® technology, utilising a TCT blade rather than an abrasive wheel. Plus it has the ability to cut Steel, Aluminium and Wood with a single blade. The cut is fast, clean with no burr and virtually no sparks. When cutting steel, the RAGE2 cuts cold, no coolant is required, and because the material is cold it can be handled and worked on immediately. The impressive performance is economical too, offering up to 1000 cuts in mild steel box section* before a replacement blade is needed. Available at www.tradecounterdirect.com

  • looks impressive. but would it stand up to cutting 20mm stainless bar? all day. i dont think it would.

idea for the tradesman on the move though.

  • @MrThumbwii This is the heavy duty version that's more likely to do the job!! Search for 'Evolution RAPTOR TCT Steel Cut Off Saw - EVO355' on google.

  • @demob23 There is also a video there to watch

  • can I put this blade on my dewalt cutoff saw?

  • No i'm afraid not.

  • @demob23 looks more upto it, prehaps cutting slowley and using a cutting lube will prelong the life even more. really considering getting this now

  • These saw are a no no for anyone with sensitive hearing, they are so screamishly loud. The blade will set you back about £60.

eye wear is a must as there a bits of metal flying off. ear protection is a must or you'll go deaf in time.

    bring on the band saw

  • very nice machine!!!!!!
