It CAN be done! That's the attitude I am adopting entering into this. I will acheive my goal by maintaining a negative calorie diet until August 1st. This is already day 2, and I have lost 1 lb since yesterday, putting me on track.
Do I advise others to do this diet? No. It's not healthy. I'm not a doctor nor am I a physical trainer. For these reasons, I won't be detailing WHAT I am eating- and it's important for you to know that weight loss is best acheived by a healthy change to diet and exercise, and all diets should be done as safely as possible.
I do take a multi-vitamin, and have consulted a doctor as to certain foods I need to take in a day. Still, this is a heavy toll on any body, and I will also be including health issues in my updates so you can get the full view of what is occuring.
DAY TWO INFORMATION:
Calorie Intake- 870
Calorie Burn- 1040
Total: Negative 170 calories
Good luck I know you can do it, I'm going to try 15 lb in 25 days. :-P
