Nice video! I will have to practice this one now! I will have to take out my discs tomorrow when I am teaching PE. I am sure I can talk some kids into playing frisbee. hehe! I love that you think about the risk of injury when you are doing tricks! I worry about that all the time! Great video! Sweet tricks too! GO Irish!

I've seen people teach by throwing it directly over their heads. Is this easier or is it the same concept? also where did you get your vest? Thanks for the video, keep em coming!
