Very intresting video. Id be concerned if my business was so reliant on a single product type..especially given the very obvious cap-ex requirements this business has to be sustainable.
Im guessing no bakery apprenticeships at this bread farm, this production process will produce bread more aligned to confectionary that true Crust and Crumb, nothing but glug and sugar, terrible for our digestive systems, especially children.
sorry, i dont consider this baking. especially when the only person working with the bread is the guy packing it at the end of the whole process. This is not typical bakery equipment!
