@topaztrex Hi. Have you gone through Lesson 1 (search for "Learn Arabic - Lesson 1 (Part 1) - Arabic Alphabet")? I think I explained the difference there. Please let me know if it's still unclear after going through it.

Hi, I've becoe a fan of your videos. You explain very well. I have a question. Google Translate indicates that قِدْرٌ translates not as "hot", but as "as". Am i typing wrong?

@oratodasczardas I think that google translate doesn't "read" the vowels on a word, so is probably interpreting what you write as: قَدْرَ (qadra). In any case, قِدْرٌ (qidr) is "pot", rather than "hot", but I'm guessing that was a typo : )

@arabicdashstudio I think he / she means that sometimes the mim is depicted as having a sort of clockwise over and around loop instead of counter-clockwise under and around. Great lessons. I've downloaded the starter pdf files. Do your lessons also include audio dialogues? Merci mille fois :)

Hey, guys? Did you know an angel gets their wings everytime he says "loop the loop?" We're at two so far! I am paying attention to the lesson, I swear. As far as talking slower goes, I think you're doing fine; It is a video after all. Now, if this was in person THEN they could complain. Well, not really, as coming to each of our houses to do this would show FAR too much dedication to allow any complaing. Wow, I'm rambling. I said, "Good day Sir!"

omg this is so great... i was really having problem on how to connect the letters... always confused me , watched the other videos of other people but this is so much easy to understand.... thankx so much

one suggestion though, you might try and make the examples consist of longer words, they wouldn't have to mean anything in particular, just use 5 to 6 consonants, join them and try to spell the word. No vowels, just using

ba'a, ayin, faa, shin, alif, and make a word out of it, then pronouncing the consonants. I had fun trying to connect about 10 consonants and then spelling them out
