Satcom Scan 4000

Another CB radio I have owned. The Satcom Scan 4000 is a Homebase radio so no no seperate PSU is needed, just plug straight into the socket. Maybe an odd swear word in this clip so I apologise for any embarrasment caused to any watchers.

Anyone got a block diagram/schematic etc for this radio? I have just been given one in mint condition and want to mod it a wee bit on the power and "ears".

not a bad radio to be honest, most of them were cept only but they did one or two uk only ones. work very well but the channel change does my head i prefer full rotary but overall good radio!

these radios are cept band/eu as standard ..urs must of been modified..should say cept on front of rig.nice radio

This particular model was a straight UK 40 rig. I did look to see if there was a "Mid Block" but to no avail. Not really sure about the rigs at all to be honest, but if anyone would like to add some info then I would be greatful
