Colin Grant Band (Cape Breton)
Colin Grant is known for energetic solo and group performances, respect for traditional Cape Breton music, and an innovative approach to arranging and composing tunes. His clean, lively sound has proven versatile in various Cape Breton music and comedy productions, the National Artists Program, the Roots Room at ECMA 2005 and on the international stage with the award-winning Acadian group BLOU. Colin released his debut album last year during Celtic Colours. The album, Colin Grant, was released with the support of the Celtic Colours Drive'ers Association. For the Colin Grant Band, Colin teams up with guitarist Jason Murdoch and piano player Adam Young.
