The Locomotions sing the tribute song "Little Eva", from 1963. The Gems - Jack Kunz, Mike Phillips, Butch Poveromo, Paul Petruccell and Fred Wessel - recorded this as 'The Locomotions' for a Long Island producer seeking to capitalize on Little Eva's hit, 'The Locomotion'. Thanks to PMPtrax for the info; Google 'Copiague Oldies' for more.

  • @poveromo1 doo wop, not op

  • This a mildly kooky answer song. I was hoping it would resemble "The Loco-Motion", or at least be a how-to-do-a-new-dance song. But I enjoy encountering it regardless.
