The new mountain bike Trails at Virginia Key are open. The regular crew from Markham decided to ride it. They absolutely loved it.

  • how much is it to ride??

  • @marlins305tpv I believe you have to pay a 1.50 toll to get into key Biscayne and a 6 dollar fee at the gate to get into the park. The Virginia Bicycle Club is working on an annual pass. You can find them on facebook facebookcom /groups/116568565032151/ and ask your question there. You can probably get a more accurate response.

  • hey bro I'm an advanced rider like i ride gunrange often over at markham with minor trouble, do you think this would be a good ride for me or just a waste of a ride?

  • @1breather Vkey Club and some of its members answered. Adi "I would tell this 'bro' not to make ASSumptions and go ride the VK trails and make up his own mind whether he is too good to ride there...or stop wasting your time with such ridiculous questions." If you are a good rider u shouldnt be asking stupid questions, Go ride and answer for yourself, I love VKEY, so do I love Markham, Amelia and Oleta, 4 diferent riding style trails. PERFECT.So to sum it up.You wont find out :) try it

  • these are the advanced right?

  • @TheCoolMovement They do have advanced section but the park overall is great for beginners. It is a lot of fun and it is challenging if you go fast. It has climbs, berms and many jumps. The advanced sections are marked accordingly and the only one that pose a real threat is the one with the concrete steps. If you can't make over the concrete step, it is a good indication that you should not be riding that trail. Moreover, you can ride it but extreme caution should be taken. :) Have fun.
