LordHolyAngemon is just MagnaAngemon HolyAngemon was his Japanese name.
The form he took was either Seraphimon or Ophanimon I get them confused. It was just a joke.
But MagnaAngemon had two forms, Battle Mode which was seen in Series 1 and Holy Mode which wears the robes and such.
