@DariusCeg ...well, there is ONE white person, and it's that pirate Jan Lazar and her $250,000 annual salary veiled as consulting fees, the same pirate in charge of running the Highland Park Water Dept and assaulting the residents by shutting off their water and binding the deliquencies to property taxes to the point of seizing residences when the distressed citizen is unable to pay the inflated tax bill instead of a larcenous water bill. Maybe that seems racist to you it sure seems racist to me

Tragic.
This is the criminal exploitation of the underprivileged, the cunt unelected "city manager" Jan Lazar is bilking bankrupt Highland Park $250,000 in annual salary veiled as "consulting fees" after laying off the majority of the city employees.
Some of these residents are being jammed with $9,000+ water bills for "estimated inaccuracies" many of these residents are fixed income and couldn't use $9,000 in their lifetime let alone the prior three months.
