  • I find Ashwaganda to be an effective stress-reducing supplement. It has a gentle calming effect without leaving you in a "fog" like those nasty chemical anti-depressants. It's also relatively inexpensive. Also, when supplementing EFAs, focus on the Omega 3s. The average diet already has enough Omega 6s in it (dairy, grains and oils) The most bio-available form of Omega 3s is Krill Oil.

  • @mrchekky

    So what are you taking?

Are you on a statin or some other drug?

Are you taking too many supplements?,,,,,,,,I am not anti-supplement since I believe I take more supplements than say 99% OF THE POPULATION, but I do know that they travel through my kidneys and liver, etc.. And even a gallon or two of water can kill so FEAR drugs!

    To fix liver:

drink coffee, vitamin c, some turmeric capsules, and decrease the number of things in your blood that your liver has to destroy

  • @createsjg

Go to wikipedia and search CORTISOL......Things that increase it and decrease it are there, and many other things like Cortisol destroying collagen in skin than any other part in a mouse model. Note this video is great, and I CONGRATULATE THE DOCTOR.

Do these: take magnesium, vitamin c and fish pill supplements and any other ANT-inflamatory supplement, Eat 1/4 cup cottage cheese before bedtime and 1grm vitamin c, B-VITAMINS, l-lysine, cut the alcohol and caffeine out.

  • so where do we find the strategies?

  • @rescuemyhealth

what other reasons can there be?

    im baffled.

  • @rescuemyhealth they already has the stress let now offer the antidote instead of ..saying well this is how you die... well .. they willd ie regardless .. so hwo can we help them NOT die

  • @rescuemyhealth i understand my friend but i advice you to stop doing it so detailed... and focus on the good parts of joy , happyness and wealth.. by preaching the good things and details that way people will not have stress over stress

the problem with this kind of approach that i see in your video is that it makes people EVEN MORE STRESSED and afraid of stress which increases fear and anxiety further more.. people under stress already are too fuocused on teh negativity of everything .. so

  • @cqammaz53 No, high cortisol typically suppresses pituitary function and therefore lowers TSH.

  • @TheRogueMonk Everyone says stress is bad, I was explaining what that really means. "How to lower stress" in Google results in over a million websites, so surely there are options out there. I was merely trying to show people why more than ever we need to manage stress, eat a healthy diet, get proper sleep, etc.

  • @tedcragg09 Thanks for the comment. Coming from an MD, it means a lot to me. Glad you liked it.
