You see, All sorts of horror stories about service installation job and failed City inspection many time, It took Home Depot one year to complete City inspection for the installation of 40WK Generator.
After numerous attempts to resolve a three year dispute, I am forced to advise this will be my last attempt at resolution outside of litigation.
I need a date for inspection of all the issues regarding installation of the gas line. It has been three years from start date and installation is not complete. Please contact me. The installation must be finished and repairs performed to the basement. Damaged caused by installation is causing water leakage and is so bad right now in the basement, drywall is ruined and will need replacement. The mold is affecting family health, and if it continues uncorrected, the city will need to be responsible for ongoing side effects.
1. Waterproofing of the basement at the place your people dug a trench and removed dirt from house foundation.
2. Replace dirt removed with gravel/dirt and proper grading to redirect water from foundation.
3. Professional removal and replacement of drywall and any necessary treatment for mold caused by three years of water seepage.
4. Completion of installation so that gas line is not exposed. The line can catch on fire at any time, and the ditch is a liability in that it can cause a nasty fall.
Brandi Hyde,YOU MUST CONTACT ME FOR INSPECTION OF PROPERTY AND ARRANGE FOR CORRECTIONS OF ABOVE PROBLEMS BY MONDAY, September 24, 2007.
If we have not heard from you, we will bring this case to our attorney, and contact local media regarding Home Depot's customer service at Main Office in Georgia.

Home Depot didn't want to finish weatherproofing that I paid them, and then my house got flooded. My dispute with them has also taken 3 years now. Apparently their strategy is to delay things to the point where you just want to forget about it and move on. Hold on, justice has to be made!

grab up some willing friends, and some cheap tools. maybe some brains. you can fix anything the way you want it. Do not depend on Home depot to do any servicing. They do a half ass job anyways. Second thought, do not attempt to get Lowes to do this. If you know what I mean.
