Thanks for posting these! Ever notice how LONG it takes a DVD player to work these days compared to net vids and dvr's? I think I'll actually do these again with the easy access! 8 min abs and stretches rock. This one is ok too but some of the moves are ridiculous. Notice them trying not to laugh on some of the more ridiculous moves.
I do arms, abs, and legs or buns everyday (ok, so I miss a few days here and there). Anyway, they work great! If you don't see results, maybe you are not consistent enough or you might need to do some cardio to burn off some fat. these won't make you skinny, but they are a great way to tone muscle - especially for girls that don't want to get bulky.
because probably you're not doing right, you have to do exactly as he says, and you have to be patient you're not going to look like him in a few day...for me it's working wonders!! =D
thanks for replying. i'm going to try again. about how long til you see results? see i'm not big at all. but my legs are the biggest part of my body ad i dnt mind them i'd just like to tone them a little.
