@JennyJonas96 cardio workouts are ideal for burning fat. these videos are better for toning muscle. if you want to try to burn fat in your legs, i would suggest a cardio activity like running, biking, or even just something simple like jumping jacks (although you would have to do a lot of them to see results).

hey hey! Have you tried the Fat Blast Furnace (just google it)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my father lost lots of useless fat.

I'm 161cm /48kg i just want my legs to be toned, I don't want to lose weigth, does it help and how long does it take to see first results?

@Danieltp3 Add some weights and try to do the excersises faster. I didn't feel it either untill I started doing all these with a couple of dumbells. I do some tricept curls in each exercise and speed up, yet keep a good form. It gets your heart pumping.

@solarwile don't do them then. Just do jumping jacks when they get to quad extension and then continue with the rest of the programme

I did not feel any burn :/
Be sensible about this program guys; this is a muscle toning exercise, I'm doing it and expecting to see less cellulite on my thighs and a little on my butt. You can't just do this and expect results - you need to watch what you eat as well.

@olya9084 well, it sure does help me :D I think the 8 minute legs, bums,arms and abs are all very good...just work out your "problem areas", pick one or two (I picked legs and bums) and do it daily! you'll see results. Trust yourself and don't give up :D
