Magidah dances in the preliminary round at the 34th Annual Bellydancer Of The Year Pageant in Danville, California, on May 26, 2007

The opening song is a highly edited version of Saher al Sharq Etneen from Layali al Sharq by the Al-Ahram Orchestra. The shimmy portion is lifted out of Nebtiti Minin el Hikiya on Jalilah's Stars of the Casino Opera, and the drum solo is the Sawraji Tabla, also from Layali al Sharq.
