I dunno really, I was searching around for Bellydancing classes in my area & it says "Romani/Gypsy" I just started really diving into Belly dancing history and different types a few months ago.

you move so smoothly, I'm jealous, I've been using Amira Mor's DVD's to learn Bellydance (soo much fun, she is awesome)and I wanna take a real class. I've thought about learning the GYpsy style, have you ever done that?

I got this outfit from moondancebellydance. It's the MD126 fluted sleeve choli top ($36) and the 25 yard gypsy skirt ($85). I order these for my students constantly so I remember the prices.

Thank you! I've been so busy lately that I haven't had time to add any new ones. The hip snap is like a drop, but you emphasize the upward motion and really snap it.

There are no tribal classes in my country. Its such a pity. I really wish if you cld explain to us what is the difference. Did u start off learning tribal or egyptian?

Where are you from? It seems like tribal has really spread all over the world quickly. I started out taking tribal. I have never taken any egyptian classes, so I would not be able to give a complete description of the differences. I bet you could find some really good explanations at shira dot net
