I don't see how DOMA can be constitutionally justified in light of the "Full Faith and Credit Clause" (Article IV, Section 1) of the U.S. Constitution.
-
So say DOMA supporters.

here is what doma is saying "we hate gays and are homophobic. we want our agenda to be the dominant one over everybody else's"

Marriage rights have cost us so much, in integrity, finance, and much more. Let's just take marriage out of government. No tax breaks for married couples, no recognition of marriage as a legal standing for anything. If the republicans want less government in our lives... they would go for this right?

Ensuring the safety and sexual freedom of Lesbians, Gays, Bi-Sexuals and Transgendered individuals is both highly commendable and worthy of praise.
Homophobia is a Preventable Crime. Make no mistake, Gay-Hate is dealt with swiftly and severely, an offense punishable by Federal law.
If you suspect Homophobia or Gay-Bullying whether online or off, report it to Police immediately.
Prosecutions for individuals accused of anti-gay hate-speech are now pursued to the maximum extent allowable by law.

@TitParty EXACTLY !!!! I don't understand why gay rights, marriage, DADT or even abortions are such big issues in this fuckin country. How does two men/women getting married or a woman aborting an unwanted baby in her body effect the next person. The Repubs, T-baggers & holy rollers really do like big government just cause you think something is immoral that doesn't make it illegal. This doesn't infringe on thier rights.
