Windows Movie Maker works alright but if you want better quality with editing I suggest getting Pinnacle or Sony Vegas Studio.

I actually could have done better editing with this video but I just got lazy and put it together in a few hours.

@LoneSousuke Fraps works the best. It's what I use at least. It cost money but I'm sure you can find a "free" version out there somewhere ;)

we could use more asmo vids. i'm in the process of trying to get a good quality screen capture program, hypercam doesn't work that well :/ do you use a different program per chance?
