Redditch Nightstop was set up in 1997, providing beds and services to young homeless people. Nightstop's core work is providing emergency accommodation to young people in a family home for one night. The family provides an evening meal, a bed and breakfast. If the young person needs a place to stay the following night, Nightstop will provide another bed and will also help them find a place in secure accommodation. National Lottery cash secured the project's future by covering staff wages.
