@jteruel671 Actually, I'd rather talk to a man...they seem more stable and serious. The shtty girls they have on their call center staff are usually more annoying than anything else. Funny thing is...a lot of these companies don't care about interacting with their clients/customers...this is probably why their hire these annoying girls to do it...or Indians with really bad accents.

@saintgauden It's a psychological thing. If you talk to a woman there the perception she is nice and understanding. Who would you rather talk to? A guy or a nice girl? Companies are really smart when it comes to interacting and advertising with their customers/clients.

I wonder why I never talk to men in the customer service center of any company. I always get to talk to snotty little teenage girls at Sallie Mae, Geico, etc. Guess I wish I could be an idiot teenage/20-something girl...the jobs would be thrown at me then. Of course, these girls are b*tching about their low pay compared to men...but at least they are employed.
