And now you're telling us to mind our language? Hearing that from a grumpy 38-yr old balding man form Canada is quite eerie. It's true, Filipino cuisine is not that known worldwide compared to Chinese, French and Indian food. We are not aiming to be world-class, we have better things to think about first, but it's just so satisfying every time we hear foreigners enjoying our food.
