OMG the same thing literally happened to me, like, yesterday! I've been wincing all day and constantly using eye drops, a warm, wet flannel, and pain killers. The only difference is that i have it on my upper eye lid, and i'm thinking i might have a stye or something.
Its funny that i found this video too, usually it would be in my recommendations if i had been researching styes on youtube, but this was just a random favourite from a subscription.
