I think her use of pedal is ok. I like the nice slow tempo, and she payed attention to the "rubato" annotation. This piece is all about feeling, and she pedals heavily during the middle, which is an emotional section. I suggest just a bit less pedal in that section, and also don't add the improv at the end - listen to the album and try for the feeling expressed there.
