yes, it´s cycletime noise ( 64 UPH = Unit per Hour ). i work in this nice bodyshop :)))

Tricky. I knew this from Opel Production of the Vectra. Anytime there were/is a quality problem in/on the assembly line the workers can press a button and a classic song begins to play. So the problem can be solved quickly.

I've been not only in Kia but also in their sub-factories like Sangwoo high tech. It's very noisy there. The music comes from robots. They play short songs everytime they finish their job or are about to do it. If they malfunction they keep constatnly playing a certain song so than engineers can find them easily.

Why is there playing music in the background..is it a kind of quality bell or any kind of cycletime noise ?
