They have mentioned in interviews that they lack adaquate practice for live performances. I don't think it's their "thing", but they know it's necessary since fans want to see them. I really enjoy Salem's music. And I don't do drugs :)

@TheCovenantProgress I do agree,they aren't the best band live,but,if they came somewhere near to play,i'd love to go and see them,and so would many fans,maybe they wouldn't sound good but just to see them.And,i bet they don't get much money just from selling their music,they obviously have to play shows.
