The Story of the film basically stresses on the problems and situation arises due to the socio-economic changes particularly in the villages. The story presents the glimpse of the lifestyle of Bishnupriya Manipuri Villages and their culture, traditions & customs. "Hojak Oik" throws light on the problem of unemployment and its consequences that compel the unemployed youth of the villages to leave their native place and rush to the towns for livelihood. Their strife to conform themselves to the new conditions, new lifestyle and indulge in the other activities. The story & producer of the film is Parimal Singha. The creative part done by Rita Singha. Directed by Asutosh Singha(Ravi). Lead roles played in the film by Kamal Sinha (Actor) and Pankhi Das( Actress), Ashutosh Sinha(Ravi), Gopal Sinha (Kala Babu) & Niranjan Sinha as comedian.
