Cauliflower
1 egg or Egg Beaters
Oregano
Basil
Garlic powder
Tomato sauce (no sugar added)
Stevia (add a bit into the sauce)
Fat-free mozzarella & cheddar cheese
Toppings of your choice (stay away from fatty meats like sausage and pepperoni)

  • @andersolson123 I don't think it's suppose to solidify. I think it only tastes like pizza, but you have to eat it like a pie.

  • I don't understand why you would use Truvia when you seem to use real Stevia in most of your videos. Truvia and Stevia are not the same, Truvia is a chemically processed brand of Stevia. I'd highly suggest using Raw Stevia, it's better for you and tastes much better (for everyone out there that thinks Stevia is disgusting because they tried Truvia)

  • I tried making this tonight and I couldn't seem to get the "dough" to solidify, even after 25 minutes in the oven. I followed youre "riced cauliflower" video and steamed it in the microwave. Do I need I let it dry afterwards or put it in paper towel? Any help would be appreciated

  • I eat at least 4000 calories a day, lots of carbs. I'm still very low fat. You can eat as healthy as you want, but DON'T forget to exercise!
