This video is dedicated to Rachel Joy Scott, one of the martyrs in the Columbine High School school shooting. I know it is old, but I chose this song one because I like it, and two because I think the person that Ray Boltz is singing about sums up Rachel. She impacted and changed so many people's lives while she was alive and also through the legacy she has left behind. I believe many people will be going or have gone to heaven because of her Christian influence. Rachel really did "touch millions of people's hearts", and she still does to this day.

@jasonandme1230 Read my comments on another video (it happened to me several weeks ago) - 'she' looked like one of those lizards who knocked on the cab door one evening while I was taking my 11-hour break on Memphis. Not close per se, but immediately registered "holy shit grown up Rachel Scott?!" (I spent a lot of YT'ing on an Android phone) while I was filling up my logbook and arguing with my dispatcher prior to that.

Rachel was an amazing girl that any Christian can look up to. I admire her so much, and I know that she is in Heaven at God's side, simply being his joyful and beautiful daughter. She wanted to touch the hearts of millions, and she did.
