Get to East Island in GTA: Vice City Stories

This is for all the people that can't get to the east island while doing missions.

Steps:
1. Get a Trashmaster or Yankee and enter Diaz's mansion.

2. Park the Trashmaster or Yankee near the ocean, and make sure the back of the truck is facing the ocean.

3. Jump onto the roof of the truck and jump over the fence.

4. But be sure to jump over the part that is a bit lower(The closer part has an invisible wall)due to no invisible wall.

heavy rain and possible a storm ( lol i dint saw a storm) lol they said thad the bridges ar closed and the airport will not accept planes going to air . lol , how did vance did return to vice city ?

i completed the mission and i unlocked to that island yes i have went to that island with this help but now i do not need any help

And to return to the mainland again after having done what you have wanted, go to the police station at Washington beach, just continue straight ahead and on the roof of there, the police maverick is there to steal. Fly over the Starfish bridge and you're back. Don't fly over any other bridge or you'll get stuck by an invisible wall.
