It's already happened in Pennsylvania. They have a similar "hate crimes" law on their state books. Ten Christians were arrested for trying to evangelize homosexuals. They were arrested and charged with "hate speech." Whether you think homosexuallity is ok or not or not the point. If we can be arrested for our words then the first amendment is out the window!
