Kaufman, Corey Ford, and Charles Sherman from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Unfortunately, in our times, Flying Colors is most known for its closing song, Smokin Reefers (oh well).
Singer-Songwriter and Paul Anka Scholarship Award winner Candice Brown leads Zac Matthews latest Cal Poly Pomona Jazz Combo (Darrell Tung-Baritone Sax/Flute, IAJE Outstanding Soloist Award and Cal Poly Foundation Music Scholarship winner James Goese-Tenor Sax/Flute, Alexei Krassovsky-Alto Sax/Flute, Brandon Da Biznessman Cordoba-Piano, Michael Webb-Piano, 2008 UNC Greeley Jazz Festival Outstanding Musicianship Award winner Capn Craig Tsurumoto-Bass, Nathan Dennies-Guitar, Nathan Gutierrez-Bass, Jeffrey Bui-Drums, and AraAstourian-Drums) in one of Composer Arthur Schwartzs most popular tunes.
You may recall seeing her earlier this year in the 4th Songwriter Showcase: Original songs written and performed by Cal Poly Pomona students and alumni. (Thursday, February 26, 2009, 8:00 PM) along with Sherinda Bryant, Kateri Lirio. And The Polyphonics (Craig Tsurumoto and Jeanette Lawler). Proceeds from the concert go to scholarships for Music Industry Studies students. Again, Good stuff!

I want to share the 3 most commented flaws of this video, the color, the occasional shaking, and the focus. The old Dual processor G4 Mac screwed up and turned it into a orangish sepia. I had to rebuild the tint and color but lost most of the resolution. To rebuild the resolution so it is watchable, I darkened it. I appreciate the comments and emails of Itscalang, Jazzmastamike, GlendaleJazzSingerfan, and others that help me refine the craft of videos for the Cal Poly Jazz Band.
