I now have 9 Labidochromis Caruleous, 1 Pseudotropheus lombardoi "Kenyi", 2 Pseudotropheus estherae "Red Zebra", 7 Cynotilapia afra chewere "Red Top Dwarf", 4 Pseudotropheus socolofi "Powder Blue", 2 Peckoltia sp. l147 "Head Spot", and 1 Pseudotropheus crabro "Bumblebee". still 135 lbs of Holey Rock 80 lns of Black Tahitian Moon Sand. All Parameters are very Healthy and all fish seem to get along as mbuna do. I have not lost any due to aggression. The one larger Red Zebra is missing his tail because he came from another tank that a friend of mine owned and there was a territory battle he lost so I got him. He is doing great though! I still have the Cynotilapia Afra Cobue albino male and I put him in his own 25 gallon tank with 2 juvenile Cynotilapia Afra Cobue albino females hopefully they will spawn in the coming months but thats another video.

  • NICE!!! does that sand blow around easy?

  • It stirrs up by the fish pretty easy but they seem to love it. The current dosent stir it up too much. I didnt have problems with the filter sucking it up at all.

  • Stunning tank!

  • Thanks!!

  • Where's the afra?

  • the black looks great

  • What type of filtration system are you using?

  • nice tank check mine out

  • @camotharpo there are too many to name. Peakocks are not Mbuna Red Zebras are though. Be carful mixing those species they are not the same type of fish. the Mbuna are rock dwellers and the Peakock are not.

  • If the are Mbuna and you provider LOTS of rock work and a nice sand for digging then yes they will spawn. a 36 gallon is kind of small so remember not to overstock it too much.

  • HAHA! That is all these guys did when I had them is spawn! they were like rabbits. every time i turned around they were holding eggs!

  • what kind of fish is the dark blue one?
