So I'm home alone this weekend and I wanted to cook for some reason even though I had only had 2 hours of sleep and worked a full day teching.

This is what I cooked in-case you want to try it:

1 pepper infused chicken sausage
-sliced into pieces
1 brown pear
-sliced into slivers as thin as you can make them
2 sliced of monterey jack cheese
-broken up and mixed on top

Spray a pan with pam or use olive oil and pimx everything together placing the cheese on last and on top.

Get a steam cover and put it over the pan and leave it on medium or 4 whatever your stove is like for about 5 minutes or so. Then put on whatever you like. I used a whole wheat wrap.

For dessert I took lindts chocolates and melted the milk chocolate ones in a pot. I cut the white chocolate ones in half and scooped out the insides so they would be like cups. Then I poured the milk chocolate into the white and put a little walnuts on top, the rest of the white chocolate I mixed with the left over milk chocolate to put the backing on the teddy bear that later melted.
