How does it affect the upper register? Does it stay in tune as you go up the neck? Thanks :)

@tubaeli93 so..... Order the Gibson Style 1 11/16" drop-in nut. 1 11/16" = 43mm

@palmbeachguitar my guitar doesn't sustain that well can changing the nut help improve it's sustain ?

Hi Steve,
as Earvana doesn´t offer a nut 45mm wide, I´m also planning to route one on a c&c machine in our company.
The strat sounds very nice. Is it a model of the custom shop?
Regards
Peter

These tones sounds very familiar to me. Something closely similar to Eric Johnson's classic tones.

Ok, so how does the average person, get a bone nut cut to earvana specs? for some reason,
earvana does not want to release one of these in bone, we'll all tired of waiting for one and we
don't want a plastic nut on a nice instrument. Who's the person we can talk to with the cnc machine?
-
i like the little "cut" move u do at the end its slightly awkward hahaha
-
@Jb5258 i bought one for my rg2550 and it works

actually its a bone blank cut on a c& c router to a earvanas nut specs so actually it is NOT a earvana TM nut sorry for the confusion gang ... However it does exactly what the earvana nut does for the tuning issues on a strat..

Hey Steve. Bought my daughter a Dean guitar. 1 of the strings buzzes. Had it set up at Guitar Center but still buzzes. Do you think this nut could remedy this? Jim Pickett
