"Hell... it's about time!"

Rugal's last match left us at a cliffhanger note, wherein the infuriated emperor of Outworld challenged the evil Orochi-powered madman to battle. Now, we have the exciting conclusion to Rugal's Outworld odyssey! ^^

Shao Kahn follows the mold that Omega Psycho established with Kintaro, although there are a few key differences between the mighty emperor and the tiger shokan. Shao Kahn's charging attacks have a ridiculous hitstun associated with them, allowing him to easily overwhelm you with his offense if you so let him. O=

There's a small margin of time between your hitstun wearing off, and his cooldown finishing that allows you to launch a counterattack, so I'm forced to use that to my advantage. Most normal characters won't be able to out prioritize Shao Kahn's powerful blows either, so you'll either need to bait his attacks and counter, or turn his own blows against him. Characters with high mobility/dodging will have a significantly easier time dealing with Shao Kahn, even more so if you have a projectile reflecting attack. Shao Kahn's damage isn't as ridiculous as the other Kahns out there either, allowing you a fair chance to beat him. :D

hey i got a question about this if you can help out, I downloaded both him and Kintaro but no matter what I do they won't show up on the character select, did you do anything special when you added them on the list?

@TheShadowgaiden2 Did you type the path to their .DEF files correctly? M.U.G.E.N. is very particular about how you define the paths through the select.DEF file. :/

@TheShadowgaiden2 That's a typography error. It only happens when the file path is improperly defined. YouTube is not the best place for this kind of help, try going to a M.U.G.E.N. forum like guild and posting there. It'll be faster and more reliable too. :x

i downloaded this, it's awsome, but i have a problem that i need help with, when i beat kahn, he doesn't blow up, he just falls like when you beat anybody, does anybody no what i have to do

@jpoint14 It has to do with the coding in the .CNS files. AFAIK, newer versions took out his epic asploding death. Not much I can do to help you. Try going to Mugen Guild or something and asking there. :x
