Saw them in concert around 30 years ago. Saw many of the other great soul groups too. But I would say Gladys and the Pips were the slickest. This was their greatest song.

Gladys Knight and the Pips are one of the RARE groups that actually sound better live than on record.

Had she had better producers and a better MANAGER, She would have been a HUGE star.

I've said this before, and I'll say this again.

Gladys Knight was underated....

Motown & Budda did her a diservice by NOT promoting her more..

Berry Gordy was a fool...Instead investing all his resources into Diana Ross, He should have Crowned Gladys Queen of Motown
