Improving the 360 controller analog stick and D-pad

I swapped the analog stick from a Sony controller on to my 360 controller, and I like it so much more. If you want to do this awesome mod then you will have to get the sticks from an actual ps2 controller. Official brand, not 3rd party!

EDIT: It seems that llamma stopped carrying this product, so you will have to grab them off of a PS2 controller.

would u please tell me how the fuck can I make my analog stick equally tight and sensitive on both sides , left and right . So my right stick is not broken , doesnt move on its own , but im from those ppl who hate differences , my righ stick is a little bit ( its really hard to see ) to the left , so that left side has less space , on top of that that left side is less tighter than the right side , so the right side is not only more sensetive but it also has more space to move FUCK U MICROSOFT !
