@darkemg "Back on those days"? The 90s? Because it's not like we've had proper vampires in literature since the 18th century, right...

SOTN and Classics Castlevanias has the best soundtracks.

Man when it came SOTN gameplay, graphics, replayability, and storytelling it is the best hands down I actually play this music on Castlevania Lord of the Shadows that's how awesome the SOTN soundtrack is :)

@killahkazi Reverse library, chapel, and caverns

Back on those days, we had true vampires: elegant, powerful sons of Dracula who would fight two entire castles, transform into wolf/ba/acid fog, use powerful spells (DARK METAMORPHOSIS! SOUL STEAL!) and kill Dracula.
Now all we have is a shinny fag "vampire" and his insufferable angst teenager girlfriend, and his worst fear is getting her pregnant.
HAIL ALUCARD! KILL THOSE BASTARDS!

SOTN Is the best Castlevania hands down. I mean the ones on the NES and SNES were classic, but they hit their peak with SOTN. It had EVERYTHING, variation, depth, enviorment, music, gameplay. It was just the ultimate game. I never really liked the 3d ones, they were OK but nothing like the 2d originals
