Natural Bodybuilder give a sampe routine to work the back and biceps

3sets pull ups until failure
3 sets rows 8-12 reps
Simple but effective you don't have to a million different exercises to see results!!!

  • @ProJectMuslceGain If you want to add mass you need to do a weight where you can do 8-12 reps and that last rep has to be hard as fuck. If your doing low rep ranges2-5 that shit will add strength not size u dumb fuck
