A full contact, action packed, fun-filled day of radical playshops, swimming, lounging, laughing, learning, live music and superfoods!

Parkour - is a global phenomenon that skillfully combines Qi Gong, Yoga, Pilates, Plyometrics, Gymnastics and full-out Sprinting. Nick Bockelman of Synoptic Elements teaches dynamic techniques that give us the ability to cultivate energy and overcome almost any obstacle.

Permaculture - Working with the earth, wind, sun, water, and our own human love and ingenuity, this evolutionary design system creates sustainability. Learn simple, practical, methods for growing abundant food in any space, large or small. Featuring Elevate Resident Ecologists Kevin Jones & Jeska Summerfield.

Superfoods - In this exciting lunchtime workshop, learn about nutrient dense foods that will heal your body with Medicinal Chef to the stars, Evan Rilling.

Live Music - Featuring Shylah Ray Sunshine! This extraordinary Earth Goddess will share tracks from her most recent album. Her heart-centered, high vibration music will truly inspire!
