This exercise is basically a modified Bulgarian squat made easier for people to do at home and...

The key to adding size to your butt with this exercise is to use moderate-to-heavy weights for 6-to-8 reps for 5 sets (light weight won't help!)

Also... Push from your heels and come down as deep as you can and if your heels are coming off the floor - try stretching your calves and hip flexors to increase your range of motion.

Please Note: You may not be able to come all the way down at first but you will be able to get down deeper to work your butt muscles (your glutes) more as you gain more flexibility and strength doing this exercise

    4. If  i started tomorrow (friday) how long does it take to get a "bigger" butt? with this exercise?

    1) 1 time a day and do 4-6 sets of 6-12 reps if you want a bigger butt

    2) just the time you can finish the workout in

    3) do it 1-2x a week

    4) 2-to-6 weems

  • I bought the suppositories of chezbelette (lessive en suppositoires) to make my butt bigger, it's amazing both.

  • Of course this works. Any Squat type movement, or lift, always works the ass muscles.

    Basic squats from deadlifting weights but any type of squatting will work. This is called the Bulgarian Chair Lift.

  • @michaeljacksonfan743 yes it works! and it will take as long as you make it! if you do it right and every day twice a day for 5 minutes then in about a month you'll see results!
