Amazing Stud Farm in The Loire Valley
Nestling in a heaven of beautiful countryside, with shady water points, the Haras is situated in the heart of the Loire Valley, in the center of France, 15 kilometers North West of the university town of Tours. Offering easy motorway access combined with the proximity of the express TGV station in Tours, a mere 55 minute train journey from the center of Paris. The property of 173 acres includes 123 acres of woodland with numerous riding paths, 25 acres of pasture fully equipped, and on the remaining 25 acres equestrian installations. Presentation
All of the installations are under 15 years old and in perfect condition.
2 wells supply the necessary water for the stables, the showers, the fields and the different automatics sprinklers.
