Why KFC?
PETA is asking KFC to eliminate the worst abuses that chickens suffer on the factory farms and in the slaughterhouses of its suppliers, including live scalding, life-long crippling, and painful debeaking. The more than 850 million chickens killed each year for KFC are tortured in ways that would result in felony cruelty-to-animals charges if cats or dogs were the victims, but KFC still refuses to make changes. As the leader in the chicken industry, KFC has a responsibility to ensure that the chickens raised for its buckets are protected from the worst cruelties.

  • Shut up bitch it's chicken

  • I work at KFC and I don't what to say.

  • I can't believe some of these comments. Yes animals torture and kill their food, but that doesn't make it okay for us to do. Animals don't know what's right and what's wrong, that's what separates us from their world.

  • All the things about these chickens happens to pretty much all chickens everywhere, and has little to do with KFC in particular.

  • wow i put my other comment on befor i seen the message at the end. this is a stupid video to make people be a vegetarian!

  • animals eat their food befor killing it. so i dont see how bad it is if humand kill chikens to eat they only farm chikens like this cos of the demand and because they make milions of it.

  • Thats a lie, why you has to be messen with my broths and sistas fer? Damn honkies leave my chicken alone!!

Humans are ruled by the instinct to survive as well, it's just not as basic as some animals. Due to us being very social animals, the "way you're raised" is really just how a community survives. But enough of that, I'm glad to see you don't have a really narrow view of this issue like many seem to have on these videos. Not a whole lot else I have to say on the subject though, but I love KFC.

  • @Thiefcopy -Yeah, i see what your saying but as a person that is very open minded. I stand back and try to look at it from all different ways. To be honest, chucking a chicken against the wall and stomping on it is just not a human instinct. It is a choice. Animals are largley rulled by instinct to servive but, as a human being, we are ruled by our judment in what we were raised to feel about things. I do agree that moral is hard to argue though.

You're saying we're stooping down to the level of an animal, well to me, we've always been there anyway, and I see nothing wrong with it.

And I've said it in like every post, and it looks like that won't change. Subjective morality. It's useless to argue morals, and what you feel is a responsibility that comes with power, because the roots of those beliefs simply come from how you were raised, and it's an impossible argument for both sides.
