Make sure that the wiring is corrects and then clean the pins on the EEPROM with contact cleaner.

hello I just bought a tacho pro 2008 and I desolder the eeprom 93C56 and I can not read the eeprom km or every time there is different valuesand check the tacho display clip can be that should rewire the clip eeprom?
