This isn't accurate at all. Lovecraft was a man of his age; he was notoriously racist and vehemenently anti-gay - like most everyone in his Century. How did this production even happen?

@YuriPRIME I was talking about some of the seemingly homophobic comments on this page. I'm not entirely sure what you're saying since I don't know how it's possible to tell when a movie is using gay characters/relationships/theme
s to make it look "deep" and "artistic." However, I am a firm believer that moviemakers should try to make the best movie they can make. Good day. -

They call this Cthulhu because its a more well known Lovecraftian name, but this is more of an adaption of "The Shadow over Innsmouth", except the book didnt have any gay sex scenarios
