omg ive been there to the prettiest bit with awesome chalets, but to be honest the flats are just as good.

so you can go off piste whenever you want? do you have to hire someone, or can you just go with a friend or on your own, to trek up a hill and ski down the powder? thanks :)

Been to Val' Isere on numerous occations since 1996. To me - This is SKIING! The ambiance in the Village, putting my SuperShapes on test down "Face" and early afterski up in the mountains while the sun keeps you warm.... Brought my kids along a couple of years ago, and they will also join me in april. A W E S O M E

You have to be 18 to rdrink in the bars in France. It's the same for the night clubs like Dicks T-bar. Most of the bars are open for "apres-ski" (between 4 and 7) and there is no age limit then on entry but you probably won't be able to buy booze.
