It has not been an easy year for our family...with the serious health struggles that my daughter and myself have suffered, as well as the loss of my sister, my aunt, and our home...GOD has stretched us more than we ever thought possible...
Yet as a family, this year will not be remembered for what has been lost, but for what has been received. Through it all, GOD has given us the gift of laughter and the gift of tears, the gift of truth found in HIS word and the gift of hope in HIS promises, the gift of love in HIS SON JESUS and the gift of faith to carry on, as HE carries us through. HE has given us amazing friends who have loved and laughed and cried and prayed with us every step of the way....And right in the midst of all of the pain GOD gave us one of the greatest and treasured moments of my life...
On March 4th, 2011...I saw him face to face for the first time since his birth. I held him and kissed his face...I was able to pour out all of the love that I had held in my heart just for him, love that I had held so tightly to for over 30 years. Our family was now complete! This video was a CHRISTmas gift to my children this year as we celebrated our very first CHRISTmas all together. As a family, we know that it is GOD WHO brought us together again. And we believe that ours is a GOD size story that should be shared....and so we share our story with you...May GOD be glorified and you be blessed as you watch. This is...our family!
