I've done it and it's a great way to help kids with cancer. It's done out of an act of love.

He does care and He knows what their going through, before they go through it and He know's their outcome's before it happens, but we don't because we are not God. Instead of blaming God, talk to him by praying and ask him to help you understand. Also pray for those who are going through it and their families. So, they can see that God is with them and I know He's with you, in the Spirit.
